In the heart of Downtown Las Vegas, La Mona Rosa is impossible to miss. A towering 7-ft. neon-pink monkey clings to the exterior of the Mexico City-inspired restaurant and bar, welcoming guests into a vibrant space where regional Mexican cuisine, art, and storytelling converge.

When you’re downtown, look for the 7-foot pink neon monkey and you’ll find this cocktail that combines Ketel One, Mr. Black Brew, oat milk, horchata and simple syrup.

Sixth St., is presenting brunch items like churro French toast ($15) and tres leches pancakes ($15), and brunch and dinner items like beef birria tacos ($18), grilled chicken alambre with corn tacos ($24), crisp Jidori chicken flautas ($18), and a chicken quesadilla ($18). Among the new shareable plates are charred esquites corn ($14), shrimp al mojo with a tostada and salsa matcha ($24), and braised pork shoulder carnitas with chicharrónes ($30).
